Terrance Hayes Poetry Reading - Institute for the Humanities
National award-winning poet Terrance Hayes, right, is visiting Mississippi State this week as the writer-in-residence with the College of Arts and Sciences' Institute for the Humanities. The University of Pittsburgh English professor read from his poetry during a Tuesday evening program before signing books and chatting with a long line of fans, including Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵcreative writing associate professor Becky Hagenston, left. Hayes is the author of five books of poetry, including "Lighthead," winner of a 2010 National Book Award.
